Abstract
Angular distribution measurements were made of the differential cross section and the tensor analyzing powers and in elastic scattering between deuteron beam energies of 17 and 45 MeV. The analyzing powers are large over this energy range and suitable for use as a secondary polarization standard. The use of rapid spin flip on the polarized ion source appreciably reduced experimental errors.
