Abstract
The part of the weak Hamiltonian responsible for the -conserving decay is constructed phenomenologically from three-meson-field products. With the aid of this Hamiltonian we also discuss the process as well as the -wave parts of various decays. For the -conserving decay we estimate a decay ratio, .
