Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the inclusion formation in freeze-dried preparations of ketoprofen and heptakis-(2,6–0-dimethyl)-β-cyclodextrin. The products obtained were amorphous mixtures of the two components. X-ray diffractography, differential scanning calorimetry, 13C-CPMAS-NMR spectroscopy and thermofractography did not give any proof of an inclusion of ketoprofen in the cyclodextrin cavity. Keywords
