Abstract
Pyrazinamide has only slight in vitro activity against the H37Rv strain of M. tuberculosis in conens. as high as 200 [mu]g /ml. This agent had little beneficial effect when administered orally to tuberculous guinea pigs in dosage of 50 to 55 mg twice daily.Keywords
