Multiple pathology in A unilateral supernumerary kidney

Abstract
Two separate unilateral renal masses, both replaced by tumour, are described. We suggest that one of these was, in fact, a supernumerary kidney which is a rare anomaly of the urinary tract. The lesions were associated with hypertension, apparently cuased by a renal artery stenosis and remedied by excision of both renal masses.
