Abstract
We report a case of complete recovery of renal function in a patient with de novo hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) following renal transplantation. This 3-year-old girl had none of the factors known to contribute to the development of HUS in transplant recipients. This case illustrates the usefulness of renal biopsy in the accurate diagnosis and management of dysfunction in the allograft following renal transplantation. Keywords
