Abstract
The factor of the first excited state of has been measured to be . The () angular correlation through the 1.4-psec mean-life state was precessed using the transient magnetic field effective in iron on Coulomb-excited and recoiled . This result is in agreement with a quite pure shell-model configuration for the state.
