Abstract
A 64‐year‐old male developed symptomatic recurrent syndrome of inappropriate ADH secretion in association with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. His SIADH was managed successfully with saline infusion, frusemide, and maintenance treatment with demeclocycline.Keywords
