Abstract
Arc discharge under a repetitive weak gravitational field is carried out using a vertically swinging arc reactor. By means of synchronous modulation of discharge current with modulated gravitation, long-time arc discharge equivalent to that under weak gravitational field is realized. Suppression of heat convection in the weak gravitation extends the reaction time of carbon molecules in hot gas atmosphere and increases the relative abundance of higher fullerenes. Keywords
