Abstract
The authors report the CT and MR findings of a rare benign primary choroid plexus papilloma developed in the CPA with invasion of the neighboring structures, apparently the first description of such a case. Differential diagnosis with other CPA tumors is discussed. Papillomas should be considered among the vascular, calcified enhancing masses of the CPA even in adulthood. Keywords
