Abstract
The proteins of 70 cerebrospinal fluids and 45 cerebral cyst fluids showed no correlation with the pattern of serum proteins except for the cyst fluids of hemangioblastomas and cerebrospinai fluid contaminated with blood. Both cyst and cerebrospinal fluids from malignant tumors (and 2 cases of tumor tissue) showed an excess of globulin in the position of the beta component. The amount of gamma globulin in syphilis or in disseminated sclerosis did not exactly parallel the Lange reaction. Keywords
