Abstract
Serum diphenylhydantoin (Dilantin) concentrations are determined using the homogeneous enzymatic immunoassay method (EMIT) and a chemical method (Wallace). Statistical least squares analysis of 38 samples determined by the two methods gave a slope of 1.09 with an Intercept of −1.28. The correlation coefficient was 0.98 with Syx = 1.99.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
