Abstract
Four patients with both carcinoma and Crohn's disease of the colon are reported. Other cases in the world literature are summarized and the relationship between the two diseases is discussed. It is concluded that present evidence does not establish an increased risk of malignancy in colonic Crohn's disease. Keywords
