Abstract
Bericht über einen Fall mit rezidivierendem Aneurysma der A. carotis interna — communicans posterior nach erfolgreicher Verclippung mit einem Heifetz-Clip. Ursache des Rezidivs war das Abbrechen eines Clipblattes an seinem proximalen Ende längere Zeit nach der Operation. Ursache scheinen strukturelle Fehler des Aneurysmaclipmetalles gewesen zu sein. Recurrence of an IC—PC aneurysm after a successful neck clipping (Heifetz' clip) is reported. This was caused by breaking of a clip blade at its proximal end.
