Abstract
To evaluate in rats the effect of differential amts. of work on the resistance to extinction (RE) of a molar response, RE as a function of the amt. of effort was detd. by using 4 different criteria. Analysis of the results showed no relationship between the amt of effort required to make a response and the RE of that response. Keywords
