Abstract
Three catagories of simple pneumoconiosis in 3 grades of progressive massive fibrosis in coalworkers were analyze*. Poeriodic chest X-ray examinations are suggested for the prevention of disabling pneumoconiosis. These examinations would provide a means of defining safe dust levels in different coal mines leading to control of the disease by economical dust suppression. Keywords
