Abstract
The different patterns of the normal roentgen anatomy of the inguinal and pelvic lymphatic system demonstrated by automatic injection of a water-soluble contrast medium are described. The diagnostic problems of inguinal and pelvic lymphography are discussed particularly in respect to the value of the method for an early detection of primary tumors and metastases. Keywords
