Abstract
Two cases with the classical features of basal cell nevus syndrome are reported. One patient at the same time had hyperostosis cranii and uterus bicornis; the other had a dysraphic status, cleft palate and harelip. Arguments are offered in favor of the conception of the syndrome as a phakomatosis. Keywords
