Abstract

Macrophage monolayers from the DBA/2-derived antigenic solid SL2 lymphoma and macrophage monolayers from the Wistar R-derived antigenic hepatoma 448 specifically inhibited the growth of, respectively, SL2 lymphoma cells and hepatoma 448 cells in vitro. However, macrophage monolayers, prepared from the C57BL-derived nonantigenic TLX9 lymphoma did not suppress growth of tumor, cells in vitro.
