Abstract
We present a procedure to subtract the contribution of the first Born approximation from ‘‘exact’’ transition amplitudes of projectile plus target collision complexes. Following this preliminary step, only a small set of amplitudes requires accurate calculation, these amplitudes are labeled by low values of angular momentum and are invariant under coordinate rotations. Keywords
