Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 44-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of virilization.Her menarche had appeared at the age of eight years and was not affected by monthly injections of an unknown medication. By the age of 11 years she had well developed breasts and dense axillary and pubic hair. During her first pregnancy at the age of 19 years she gained 28 kg and noticed the development of several black hairs on her chin.
