Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A seventy-four-year-old man entered the hospital because of fever. He had been well until two weeks previously, when he became weak and lethargic and had a lowgrade fever. During the six weeks before admission he had restricted his caloric intake and had lost 20 pounds in weight. Ten days before admission a friend noticed asymmetry of the patient's face, which subsequently improved gradually; the ankles became swollen at that time. There had been no chills, sweating, skin rash, headache, pain in the ear, weakness of the extremities, chest pain, dyspnea, orthopnea or jaundice.Four . . .Keywords
