Abstract
The proximity effect in weak localization offers new applications. As an example sandwiches of thin disordered films of a normal metal (Mg) and a strong-coupling superconductor such as amorphous Bi allow the determination of the inelastic lifetime and the pair-breaking parameter of the strong-coupling superconductor. Keywords
