Abstract
Isobaric analog states have been observed in proton elastic scattering from targets of , , , and . The levels thus observed in , , , and are analogs of low-lying levels of , , , and . Resonance parameters, Coulomb displacement energies, and spectroscopic factors have been extracted. Results are compared with () studies on the target nuclei.
