Abstract
In 1991 we carried out a 6-week pilot study providing an on-site psychiatry service to a large inner city magistrates' court. This is an 18-month follow-up of the 22 patients for whom psychiatric or social care was arranged. The majority of these patients were still being seen by district psychiatric services or other agencies to whom referrals were made. Keywords
