Abstract
A survey of exudates from a number of latex-bearing plants reveals the wide-spread occurrence of a complex subcellular component apparently analogous to the ‘lutoid’ of Hevea brasiliensis latex. Under the conditions of our experiments this component is usually associated with thread-like material.Keywords
