Abstract
We present a stillborn male infant with premaxillary agenesis, bilateral microphthalmos, alobar holoprosencephaly, hydrocephalus, ventricular and atrial septal defects, small penis, bilateral cryptorchidism, and bilateral upper limb postaxial polydactyly.Keywords
