Abstract
Bacterially contaminated skin used as a biological dressing on [human] burn wounds can cause serious or even lethal infections. Three examples are cited. Cadaver-skin allografts frequently contained pathogenic bacteria. The frequency of infections due to the use of contaminated skin grafts on open wounds is unknown. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
