Abstract
The idiographic approach to anxiety management is described as utilized at the Behaviour Therapy Unit of Middlesex Hospital. Clinical description of the idiographic manipulation of cognitive, autonomic, motoric and environmental factors is presented. Implications for clinicians and researchers are discussed.Keywords
