Abstract
The dynamics of a system of coupled Langevin oscillators is considered. Convenient algorithms are derived for computing the displacement and velocity time correlation functions of one of the oscillating particles, and generalized Langevin equations for these functions are developed. Illustrative results indicate that this model should be useful in the description of single‐atom librations in globular proteins. Keywords
