Abstract

(La_1-xSr_x)₂CuO_4-δ single crystals (about 2.5×2.5×0.2 mm³ in the maximum size) were grown from high temperature solution, which was prepared by dissolving (La_0.9Sr_0.1)₂CuO_4-δ compound (50 wt.%) in CuO (50 wt.%) at about 1160°C.
