Abstract
After radical prostatectomy – the own curable treatment in prostatic carcinoma – there is a great incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence. By forming a tube of the ‘base plate’ after Hutch’s description, it is possible to get a new urinary sphincter. We have proven this facts with urodynamic and radiologic investigations. Keywords
