Abstract
Boiling α‐glycerophosphatidic acids with alcoholic sodium hydroxide gives only glycerol‐α‐phosphoric acid, whereas from β‐glycerophosphatidic acids only glycerol‐β‐phosphatidic acid is formed. It is pointed out that esters of these phosphatidic acids behave quite differently. Keywords
