Abstract
Results from a comprehensive mail survey of panel member households reveal a profile of those who do and do not use available toll-free telephone consumer information services. This profile, when compared to another subscriber/seeker profile, suggests the importance of information packaging: channel availability differences and communication-skill barriers are insufficient to account for the differences between seekers and nonseekers.Keywords
