Abstract
Thyroid hormone serum concentration was determined in a thyroidectomized patient with functional follicular thyroid carcioma with metastases. Marked diminution of circulating serum T4 and FT4 with normal T3 serum concentration was found. The clinical implications of this shift in secretory activity are discussed. Keywords
