Abstract
The theory of a fluid composed of multidimensional objects is joined with the Kaluza-Klein idea with the following aim: an explanation of the distinction between the internal and the external spaces. On the cosmic scale, the internal space contracts and the external space expands. A formula for the rate of decrease of the gravitational constant is discussed. Keywords
