Abstract
Follicular-patterned lesions of the thyroid are common; these include hyperplastic/adenomatoid nodules, follicular adenoma, follicular carcinoma and follicular variants of papillary carcinoma. Most of these lesions can be diagnosed with ease; however, there is a controversial subgroup. In this review, we present our diagnostic approach based on our experience with the histological diagnosis of these tumours, which can help in appropriate clinical management. Keywords
