Abstract
Primary gastric Hodgkin's disease is rare and has been reported in only 2 % of patients with primary gastric lymphomas. Its existence is quite controversial, and new immunohistochemical techniques and flow cytometry have reduced the frequency of diagnosis of this pathology. The authors describe a case of primary gastric Hodgkin's disease in a 61-year-old woman. Keywords
