Abstract
Relationships between positive and negative light atmospheric ions (unipolarity coefficient), ionization potentials of various gases (Xe, O2, NO2, O3), the movement of negative ions and their effects on ionic electroconductivity, and effects of negative ions on chemical activity are discussed in terms of detrimental effects on the human body.
