Abstract
We analyze and decays in connection with the explanation of the rule proposed by Shifman, Vainshtein, and Zakharov. We ask whether the mechanism which enhances the transition can enhance , thus contradicting the experimental observation . We show, within the same approximation scheme used in the rule analysis, that the rule enhancement is absent in the decay .
