Abstract
Mutants of E. coli deficient in the periplasmic enzyme 2'' :3''-cyclic phosphodiesterase were obtained. The gene, designated cpdB, was mapped by conjugation and transduction, and was located about 0.11 min to the right of the cycA locus on the E. coli genetic map. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
