Abstract
1. A significant cytotoxic effect of trypsinized, sensitized cell cultures was observed when re-exposed to Brucella antigens in vitro. 2. The cytometric assay of the toxic effects of Brucella antigens using trypsinized cells from sensitized animals provides an objective measure of induced cellular hypersensitivity. Keywords
