Abstract
Data obtained in 1973 on 71 community development education programs throughout the world are compared with information gathered in 1975 on 75 programs. These include short-term training, associate degree and certificate offerings, .and undergraduate and graduate degree programs in over 20 states and a number of foreign countries. Generally, the number of programs and total enrolment has increased in the last two years. This trend is offset in part by a sharp decline in the number of short-term training efforts and no enrollment increase or an actual decrease in nine of the graduate programs. More specific and comparable information about community development education is needed to aid in the development of new programs and the refinement of existing ones.
