Abstract
A discussion is presented of the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of 5 cases. In doubtful cases of mental confusion or stupor in middle aged or elderly persons for which no obvious cause is found nicotinic acid therapy is recommended immediately together with Marmite or bemax, thiamine, and a good mixed diet.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
