Abstract
Tunicaminyl uracil, C15H23N3O10, was obtained by the hydrolysis of tunicamycin with 3 n HCl at 100° for 3 hr. By a combination of chemical and spectrometric methods, its structure was determined to be 1-β-(10′-amino-6′, 10′-dideoxy-l–galacto-d–allo-undecodialdo-7′, 11′-pyranose-1′, 4′-furanosyl)-uracil (I).This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
