Abstract
Primary human amnion cultures labeled with glycine-2-C14 or thymidine-2-C14 released more radioactivity into the media than could be accounted for by cell replacement. This is interpreted as degradation of acid-insoluble polydeoxynucleotides in a living human cell. Keywords
