Abstract
Youssef's syndrome, or menouria following a vesicouterine fistula, has been reported rarely. This case differs from the previously reported cases in that the menouria was caused by a double vesicocervical fistula and that, in contrast to the generally preferred transabdominal approach, a transvaginal approach was used for successful surgical repair of the fistulas. Keywords
