Islet tumours of the pancreas with intractable diarrhoea

Abstract
This paper reports the association between severe, prolonged, watery diarrhoea and islet cell tumours of the pancreas. There appear to be significant differences between patients with these symptoms and those with the classical Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.Keywords
