Abstract
Succinylated concanavalin A reversibly inhibits the growth of SV40 transformed mouse 3T3 cells and thus causes an accumulation of the cells in the G1 phase of the cell cycle. In a soft substrate (methylcellulose) succinylated concanavalin A also restores in transformed cells the growth behavior typical of untransformed cells. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
