Abstract
Eccrine Poroma on the Calf of a Leg. Presented by Dr. Conrad Stritzler and Dr. Ronald Stritzler. History.— A 57-year-old man, a laborer by trade, has had a growth on the right calf for the past six years. It had been completely asymptomatic but recently became ulcerated and bled somewhat without having been traumatized. Description.— The lesion is located in the center of the right calf and is 1.5 cm in diameter, bluish red in color, dome-shaped, and ulcerated at its summit. It appears to fit into a shallow depression, the edge of which is separated from the main mass at one end. The patient has varicose veins, "stasis" dermatitis, and moderate edema of the ankles.
